Hello, I wanna suggest new tags when editing comments using Discussion Tools. Would be possible to add tags "Own comment edit" and "Foreign comment edit"? It can easily highlight if an experimenter or vandal edit a foreign comment at recent changes. BTW, on translatewiki.net is "Edit comment" right now.

We experimented with editing existing comments last year, but we felt that it was not reliable enough, and put the idea aside for now. We defined that tag when we were still hoping that we'd release editing soon after replying, but it's not in use right now. If we ever come back to it, having these separate tags seems like a good idea.
