Copypatrol: iThenticate reports are failing to load

Description

In CopyPatrol, I am unable to get the iThenticate reports to load. It accesses the iThenticate document viewer, and then fails to show the source list or perform the comparison. I have tried in two different browsers (Chrome and Edge). Oddly enough when I click the little print icon on the lower left, I am able to view the results in PDF form, so the results are there, they are just not displaying. https://turnitin.statuspage.io/ does not report any issues.

Can you give an example? The "iThenticate report" buttons appear to work for me and load the document as expected.
