Description

WMSE's wiki has been developed organically since 2007. There is a lot of valuable content there but the lack of coordination and follow-up make it hard to orientate oneself there.

E.g. how pages/set of pages have been organized over the years have shifted, many pages have similar content, links are missing, translations might be needed, some pages might need to be updated regularly, some instructions or documentation pages are missing etc.

A better structure need to be developed to lower the threshold for new volunteers, members, partners and staff that are trying to find information.

This would need a dedicated staff resource. Work will probably be handled in 2025 instead.
