looks like the files used for it was changed however the ratio in the portal source wasn't adjusted to match the new file making it appears stretched and oval-shaped

Actually I have the rights to fix it too but it doesn't seem broken on meta https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Www.wikibooks.org_template&oldid=21305088
So I looked how to fix it and it seems the issue is not in meta, the meta pages are fixed but in each deployment portals repo will grab them and update them but it's not deployed yet. Only one person is in the deployment calendar of the portals (@Jdrewniak) and I hope it gets deployed soon (maybe next Monday? since this Monday was a holiday)

@Ladsgroup, it looks like the icon is updated but is still stretched. Is this some kind of cache?
Ugh. Two of them were fixed in meta, three were not. We need to wait another week for the next round of deployment.
