This refers to the images and text shown on the plugin listing page[1], the plugin page and in the admin plugin page[2][3] when it is installed. This information needs to be put in the header of the main plugin php file and the readme.txt file. Some images will be stored in the plugin SVN repo assets directory when the plugin is accepted.
