Learn from previous corrections on Section Translation editor

Description

When translating, users have to correct some terms that are not properly translated by the Machine Translation (MT) service. For example, when translating John Carpenter article, the director's surname can be translated into whichever term is used in the local language for the "carpenter" profession. Since an article is about a specific topic there are chances that those mistakes need to be fixed by our users again and again.

This ticket proposes to learn and apply previous corrections by the user when the same context is faced. We explored this idea for Content Translation (T96165), but it may become even more relevant for Section Translation given that there is more friction for input on a mobile device. As part of this ticket, a mobile solution will be defined for this interaction.
