Description

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

Enable link-recommendation, click on task card from Special:Homepage
When onboarding dialog opens, wait a while to make sure VE has been loaded in the background.
Close onboarding dialog

What happens?:
The scroll position remains at the top of the page. If the suggestion is further down in the article, it won't be visible.

What should have happened instead?:
The suggestion should be scrolled to.
