Event submission should be manually tested on all clients using the new libraries.
Scope: load up library in the client and fire off events. We will test a NEW instrumentation and EXISTING instrumentation (migration).

The JS, PHP, and Java Metrics Platform Client implementations all have integration tests. AIUI the integration tests for the Java MPC are run in CI.
