Hey! Haven't seen each other for a long time :) I came to you with a bug.

If you ask a mentor a question from a file or category page, the file or category is inserted into the question title, not links to them: link, image.

Checked on testwiki wmf.2 for the question header when a question is asked form Category or File pages (Templates pages were checked too. Looks as expected: the pages are displayed as links.
