cx skin looks a bit different from both legacy vector and new vector, is this ok @Pginer-WMF ?

The ideal would be to converge towards the new vector over time. But that can be done in future tickets. For now, I think it makes sense to keep the task focused on restoring the missing functionality even if it is not aligned with the latest desktop improvements.
