• Press the reply button
• Write a word
• Insert a dot

What happens?:
An unknown character will appear, which will cause general malfunction (the main issue is that it will eventually stop detecting text, and the text which is not rendered in the preview won't be published.

Apparently, this occurs when using Gboard but not when using SwiftKey Keyboard.

What should have happened instead?:
The character should not have appeared and the text inputed should have been rendered in the preview and published.
