Service-runner depends preq library which is a wrapper of request. But request is now fully deprecated.

As of Feb 11th 2020, request is fully deprecated. No new changes are expected to land. In fact, none have landed for some time.

Recently cxserver came across a requirement that cannot be satisfied by preq and would like to move to more popular maintained libraries like axios.

Please evaluate, update the dependencies as needed and provide advice to services using service-runner
