User Story

Assumptions of user story: Given that I have interacted with the preview mode being "on" in the Editor box,

When I access 2010 wikitext editor, I want to see a preview of my output, so that I can proofread accordingly.

Acceptance Criteria

The behavior should follow the persistence behavior that matches this HIGHLIGHT SYNTAX icon being "toggled on"
This includes adding event logging for RealTimeInUse
