There are also a couple "Suspicious /analytics/mediawiki/welcomesurvey/interaction/1.0.1 event for action logged_out" and "Suspicious /analytics/mediawiki/welcomesurvey/interaction/1.0.1 event for action view" which I assume are related.

I assume this is some kind of mismatch between rOMWCbaab1039931b: wgEventStreams: Add WelcomeSurvey Interaction schema and rEGREe87c40af925b: WelcomeSurvey: Instrument interactions with form. Can't see it though.

That's our own code and intentional. The stream errors are still unexplained though and seem no different from how other components do logging. A mistake during deployment, maybe?
