On the About page (https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/about/) there is a criterion which states:
You do not already have access to the resources you’re applying for through another library or institution
This was written when all content in the library was applied for. It's less relevant, and somewhat confusing, when a significant portion of content is available without limits on the number of concurrent users.
We should:
- Remove this point from the bulleted list
- Add a new sentence under the bulleted list which says: "If you are applying for an available collection, please first check that you don't already have access through another library or institution. If you do, please consider using that access rather than taking up a seat for this resource in The Wikipedia Library."
