Help button should not show up when the user edits the suggested article again

Description

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

  • Click on task from the suggested edits module in Special:Homepage
  • Save an edit
  • Close the post-edit dialog

What happens?:
The help button shows up again.
For unstructured task, the help panel is opened upon clicking the button.
For structured task, the help panel button is shown briefly and disappears (the page is reloaded).

What should have happened instead?:
The help button should not be shown again after editing.

This stems from the discussion for post-edit dialog changes in T301603#7766803.

@mewoph - The issue - "For structured task, the help panel button is shown briefly and disappears (the page is reloaded" - is fixed. While testing it I found another issue - filed as T303787: [betalabs] Help panel not present when SE article re-opened in Edit mode.
