Description

Background

This is the first of a series of deployments of the A/B test of the new table of contents for the desktop improvements project

Acceptance criteria

Enable the mediawiki_reading_depth schema for these pilot wikis
Deploy the A/B test for the ToC to anonymous and logged-in users on euwiki and hewiki

Signoff criteria

Ensure data is being logged correctly

Enable the mediawiki_reading_depth schema for these pilot wikis

Given we want to enable this eventually on all desktop improvements wikis I'll enable this schema for all desktop improvement wikis as part of this change. Generally we sample English Wikipedia at 10% of the sampling rate of other wikis, so given we currently sample 0.1% of English Wikipedia, a sampling rate of 1% seems appropriate.
