Number localization in reply tool new comment warning

On bnwiki, we use Bengali numeral. Number shown in this screenshot (this appear when someone reply before you while you're writing a reply) needs to be localized. Vector-2022's language button also had this problem and they fixed it. Please fix it for reply tool also. Thank you.

It is needed, but we already do it correctly there.
