Background

As the Android team thinks about onboarding our users to features, we will need to think about informing users about the concept of subscribing. We should take into consideration the onboarding flow on Web T262103.

User Stories

As a Wikipedia Android app user that has used Talk pages in the app previously but hasn't seen subscribe on web, I want to understand what clicking the subscribe button will do, so that I can know where to find the updates about what I subscribed to
