T299657 introduced a new notification that informs people when a topic they subscribed to – manually or automatically – is moved from the location it was initially published to.
This task involves the work with understanding how many people have disabled the Talk page archiving setting so that we can understand the extent to which people are finding these notifications useful/helpful.
