When a section is published with the mobile editor, the user is redirected to the article with the published section highlighted (T241592). Currently, the published section is shown collapsed which is not ideal since it keeps the content the user created hidden.

This ticket proposes to show that specific section as expanded instead. For reference, the mockup. below shows the intended transition:
