At the moment, the structured list of mentors has two lists:

• Automatically assigned mentors
• Manually assigned mentors

Several conversations, with both mentors and translators, highlight the fact that these titles are not very clear. New titles and maybe an explanation, would be useful.

Suggestions:

• Mentors automatically assigned to mentees
  • New accounts are randomly assigned to these mentors.

• Mentors who manually select their mentees
  • New accounts are not randomly assigned to these mentors. Like other mentors, these mentors can manually select the accounts they would like to mentor. This section is mainly for workshop hosts who just want to mentor people they met.
