[SPIKE] Generate design concepts to help newcomers assess the reliability of a source they are attempting to add
Closed, ResolvedPublicSpike

Description

This task involves the work for generating design concepts that prompt newcomers to decide whether other volunteers are likely to consider a source they're adding to be reliable.

Story

As someone who is using Citoid to insert a source to substantiate the new content I'm contributing to Wikipedia, I'd like to know whether other volunteers are likely to consider the source I'm using to be reliable, so that I can confidently proceed with publishing the edit I'm in the midst of making.

References

The research @MNeisler did into citation usage (T337084) seems relevant to this in so far as it could help the software arrive at an estimate of "reliability" (or some other term) based on the source's prevalence in comparable articles (e.g. articles within the same category).
