Once T323033 is resolved, the Beta Feature config variable and related code can be removed from WikiEditor. Changes will be needed in three places:
- WikiEditor
- integration/config
- mediawiki-config

No, that'll be part of the parent task T327515. Although we could do it all at the same time, for sure. Maybe these tasks should just be merged.
I'm guessing that you're seeing it come back when it's not wanted because your LocalStorage is being cleared.
