The Abstract Wikipedia Team is transitioning to run end-to-end tests in GitLab CI, but most of our code still lives in Gerrit. As a bridge measure, we'd like to have a bot poll for new patch to Abstract Wikipedia repos, trigger GitLab CI runs, and then vote "Verified +1" on successful runs and "Verified -1" on failed runs.

I have already created the account on Wikitech, "AW GitLab Bot" (LDAP name "aw-gitlab-bot"), and in this ticket, I am requesting that it be added to either the "LabelBots" group or whichever group the administrator deems appropriate to enable it to give a patchset Verified +1 or Verified -1.
