Background
When a wikistory related to an article is created or edited, editors watching the article should be notified so they can review how it affects the article.
Description/User story
As a watcher of an article,
I want to know of any changes to the article, including changes to any stories displayed on it,
so that I can appropriately review those changes
Acceptance Criteria
- When a wikistory is created or edited, an additional recent change (RC) entry is created and linked to the article the story is based on
- The RC entries
- link to both the wikistory and the article
- are of "Wikistories edit" type, which is identified by "S", which is also present in the legend box
- A new RC/Watchlist filter is added to the structured filters box for those changes and it is OFF by default
