Discussion on here. Config could be similar to it on zhwiki. But I can't edit the corresponding code, so I have to open this task.

The code submitting should look like this: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/operations/mediawiki-config/+/890187/3/wmf-config/abusefilter.php I don't have enough privileges to edit this script.

@I The discussion you linked started today and has very few participants, I'd defer untill we have participants in the discussion/the discussion has been open for a sufficiently long time without any opposing remarks before making the change :)
