Fix Grammar for parsing operators with parentheses

Description

For tex-input: "min(" or "max(" get recognizes as Literals with one Argument ("\min(").
The parentheses should be recognized as a extra Literal instead, by the Grammar in TexVCjs and TexVC(PHP)

Remove the current workaround in TexVC(PHP) for MML parsing (Baseparsing.php) which was added here:
