Inventory of product areas where Codex usage is limited due to bundle size

Description

Background

In order to better evaluate what solutions we might want to pursue to address T335317, it makes sense to do an inventory of areas of WMF projects where we believe or know Codex usage would not currently be possible due to the current bundle size and the way builds are structured. We want our solutions to scale with the size of the problem. If, for example, the scope of these limited-adoption areas is contained to a specific product area, repo, or team, then that changes how we might go about providing a solution (e.g. a custom Codex build for a skin / "things that render on all pages" as opposed to figuring out a way to allow infinite bundle customization by consuming teams).

Acceptance Criteria

  • Do an inventory of areas of WMF projects where we believe or know Codex usage would not currently be possible due to the current bundle size and the way builds are structured and add them to this ticket.
  • Work as a team to try to identify commonalities between these examples and create higher-order "groupings" of target adoption areas (Note: this may not actually be possible, but we should still try).
