Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://wikifunctions.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:CreateZObject?zid=Z14&Z14K1=Z10097
2. Select "Code" and a programming language
3. Empty the Code editor text area
4. Click "Publish"

Observed behavior:

• The validator function validateZObject returns false because the code box is empty
• However it does not show any notification that there's an error or wny

Expected behavior (Acceptance criteria):

• Errors are properly communicated when clicking Publish
