Description

Currently navigating to the Special:EvaluateFunctionCall loads the DefaultView and doesn't really allow to evaluate a function call

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria

Navigating to Special:EvaluateFunctionCall loads the Function Evaluator widget which allows the user to select a function, its arguments, call it and see the response
