Per this discussion thread, the computer-aided tagging tool will be deactivated on 20 Sep 2023, so we will not need to migrate MachineVision. We may want to "decommission" the code to some extent, either by adding some comments or removing it altogether, to ensure that no one copies the existing Vue components. cc @CCiufo-WMF
