Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Go to an article and scroll down to find revisions
2. Navigate to the diff page by selecting to revisions to compare where you can see the thank you toast

What happens?

The thank toast is yellow against a dark background is which is not in alignment with OOUI.

What should have happened instead?:

The color should be a lower contrast color according to OOUI.
