Given the commitments the team has for Q3 and that we have one roadmap (knowledge integrity) to tackle already in Q3, let's move this to Q4 to not overstretch ourselves. I expect that we start discussing some aspect of this work in January-March as we talk about annual planning. However, we don't need to finish it this quarter.

Given that as a team we're working on updating two other roadmaps (T347265 and T347266) and the annual planning, I'm going to move this task to Backlog for us to potentially prioritize somewhere later in July or after. There is reasonably only so much thinking and planning we can do at the same time.

@XiaoXiao-WMF please review this task nevertheless. We should consider including the longer term thinking about research engineering work as part of this roadmap.
