commons wiki has specific user workflows and extensions (e.g. MachineVision). To evaluate temp users workflows (IP-masking project), IP-masking should be enabled on commons wiki betalabs.
Enabling IP-masking on commons wiki betalabs will provide benefits of

Note that IP masking for WikibaseMediaInfo, which handles structured data on File pages, is not done because it's blocked ... which means that editing structured data on the File page won't work (because anon edits aren't allowed)
Thank you, @Cparle! I've captured the current commons beta behavior for editing File page (and its structured data) in T345212: [QA task] IP masking - testing temp user workflows on commons. So far, I don't see any other issues with temp users.
