Description

Background

After discussions with communities and additional preparation, we are now ready to deploy to the next set of wikis

Acceptance criteria

Set Vector 2022 as the default skin on Oct 3 the following projects:
svwiki
huwiki
hiwiki
nowiki
nlwiki

Use the following command to promote Hungarian Wikipedia for example:

composer manage-dblist del huwiki legacy-vector
