User story & summary:

As a Product Manager, I want to engage with community members in several different ways, so that I can ensure we are hearing from a variety of wikis and voices.

Background & research:

Several WMF teams have office hours, but the Growth team doesn't currently host regular office hours. Previously Growth hosted several conversations with the enwiki NPP Group, which was helpful in refining future project ideas, learning from this group, and helping connect this group with other WMF teams that could use their feedback (Editing: Edit Check & Moderator Tools: PageTriage).

• We have decided to schedule Growth + Community meetings like this on a more regular basis; at least once a quarter.
• These meetings will be most effective if we clearly define the meeting focus ahead of time. For example, we might want to host a meeting with a specific community (Swahili Wikimedians interested in Growth tools), a specific topic (Community configuration plans), or a meeting with specific stakeholders (patrollers of new articles).

• Host meeting and help facilitate discussion
• Share summary / notes on wiki after the meeting
