Description

As detailed in T346991, the keys Z4K7/deserializers and Z4K8/serializers has been added to the Z4/Type definition.

Modify the scaffolding for Z4/Type in the Vue typeUtils mixin so that it includes the new keys.

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria

When creating a new Z4/Type using https://wikifunctions.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:CreateObject?zid=Z4 it should include Z4K7 and Z4K8 with emtpy values
Z4K7 should be an empty typed list of Z46/deserializer
Z4K8 should be an empty typed list of Z64/serializer
