Description

Background: See T345353#9261140.

Acceptance criteria

Given I go to Special:EventDetails/X for a specific event
And I click one of the tabs to switch the active tab
Then no elements in the active tab should become automatically focused.
And this remains true even if I keep selecting different tabs
