[S] Include a link to the comment as provided by DiscussionTools when a user uses the Report link in the DiscussionTools overflow menu

Description

Users using the Report link shown in the overflow menu in DiscussionTools will have the username for the report pre-filled and disabled as part of T338816. The comment that was reported will also be included, so this can be provided to the administrator dealing with the incident report.

User Stories

  • As a user I need to be able to include the comment/thread that is harmful in the report so that the responder can check it.
  • As a responder I need to be able to check the comments/threads that are being reported so that I can decide whether the case is valid.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Email with the report contains a link to the comment/thread being reported as provided by DiscussionTools
