This is an exploratory task to assess the feasibility of spinning a dedicated MW instance where developers/admins could test a given community configuration change before applying it to a production wiki.
The idea comes from the risk mitigation strategy Growth team is working on as part of a pre-mortem exercise. Specifically this proposal is for mitigation of the Unintended consequences risk.
