Oops, looks like case sensitivity is biting us here. We had blocked the email all in lowercase, but the IPN at least came in with a version of the email that had some capital letters. I have fixed the IPN listener settings to discard the caps version and will do the audit settings soon.

@Ejegg We have been notified of a new issue - there are multiple dupes being created in Civi with recent gift dates. Hi @MDemosWMF I'm afraid I don't see any results on that search link - I think it only worked for your login session.

I don't see any records since Nov 20 on the CID mentioned in the original ticket, nor do I see more records with that same email address. What were the conditions you were searching for?

@Ejegg Ah sorry about that! If you search that CIDs last name, first name in Civi you will see a bunch of duplicates. Just a couple examples: 61640326, 61640324

OK, I found the lines in the audit file that are creating those duplicates. They've dropped the email address, but they all have the same payer ID. I'll block that payer ID in our settings.

OK, added that payer ID to the block list.
