• Many of our Research team processes had been defined in a context that we were a small team. As our team size and diversity of expertise has grown, we need to invest in defining and/or optimizing our team processes.
• We have a complete management unit who can focus on this work now.

Optimizing team processes will never be done. :) However, through two quarters of work we aim to significantly improve the status quo.
