I was able to reproduce this using the English version of this article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palaeopteryx). While editing the article, I attempted to add an image to this article. In this case, the search is prepopulated with the term Palaeopteryx, and the same image appears as in the video. I am seeing this image repeated.
