Thanking "works" while logged out on the Android App

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

*Open Android App while being logged out
*Open any Articles History page
*Tap on a Username and select thank and confirm it

What happens?:
After the confirmation, the box closes like it actually did it.

What should have happened instead?:
Either the thank option should not show up at all by logged out users or by confirming a thanks a notice should appear telling that you have to log in.

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
WMF Production servers

Event Timeline

FYI old version 2.7.50402 did not have this behavior

The "thank" UI element should not appear if the user is not logged in, this would be consistent with other environments

Note: as logged out users can not actually send thanks, the action silently fails; while it should fail with the message "MediaWiki:Thanks-error-notloggedin" (same as if you are logged in and attempt, but during the attempt you are logged out).
