English Wikipedia is the only wiki to have customised this message so far.[2]
Note that the original copy is a bit more generic as this is designed to make sense on various sites, not just Wikipedias (e.g. other Wikimedia projects, or thirds party wikis). The modified en.wiki copy, and also the proposed copy in the task are a bit more specific to Wikipedia policy, so may be better left as an on-wiki override.
