Support the Growth team with their project to generalize community configuration to other product features, including rebuilding it in Vue/Codex and moving it to a separate extension.

This task was a placeholder for support during the 2023-24 fiscal year (now ended). The Growth team did not end up needing significant support for Community Configuration 2.0 but if additional support is needed, the standard channels and processes can be used.
