I think this relates to references inside infoboxes so I suggest waiting until T357453 is resolved before investigating further.

These issues might be fixed come 15th March so we'll check again then. The number of errors is low.
After further investigation - this ticket seems to relate to reference links inside table rows with a background color. This is a duplicate of T360844.
