The donor from CID 21558693 asked to cancel their recurring donation which was done per usual by Amber in Civi since it was billed via Adyen. However, during the cancellation process, she saw a pop-up with an error (screenshot below).
The recurring contribution tab shows the donation as canceled, however, there is no evidence of such under activities or the change log giving us the impression that the cancellation may not have been successfully processed. Additionally, the same CID is part of the auto-rescue workflow/process but this shouldn’t impede us from canceling a donation and seeing it reflected in Civi unless something isn’t working as it should, right? Can someone please look into it? Thanks team!
