Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
One could have it show photos of a category with GPS coordinates very close to where one is currently positioned so as to view images of the place in the past. By-year subcategories as well as the image date data could be used to browse by year and display the year underneath the image.

Image time travel – seeing how a place one is currently at looked like in the past. Only images at the exact location or very close to it are shown on the map. This tool could maybe be used for this feature. One could swipe/scroll through the years if there are many images of the same place and see how it changed and learn more about a place's history (in some cases even paintings of a place in ancient times could be shown).

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Educational value of seeing how places changed and how they looked like in the past as well as images of the history associated with certain places. Also it's interesting and makes images on WMC more useful.
